The proposed development targets the creation of tangible benefits for State Government of Kedah Darul Aman as well as tourism sector and helping realise part of the visions, missions, and objectives of State Government of Kedah Darul Aman in advancing citizen  in all fields, prospering the State and State development.

 

Langkawi Gateway is the third Langkawi’s focal point and tourism centre to be; besides Pekan Kuah dan Pantai Cenang. This is a more comprehensive and attractive development beyond current facilities offered. This Eagle Design, inspired from Langkawi’s long history and legend trademark is a World Class Design, Well Planned, Unique, Masterpiece and one of its kind locally and worldwide.

 

This is a new iconic symbol of Langkawi’s futuristic development. This development to be a ‘one stop centre’ of all cultural of multi-racial Malaysian with its facilities and Cultural Village. The masterplan enhancing the level of social amenities, basic services as well as creates liveable environments for the target communities and rebalance the population in and around Langkawi Island to foster a more inclusive and multi-racial community.

 

Divided into tree zoning known as North, Central, and South each district planned differently according to function and component. North District planned as an exclusive and private residence enclave where most of it is guarded residential and private resort. Central District will be arrival place and centre of development where located the central business district and government building. South District is Public facilities and entertainment area such as malls, theme park and event space.
